3 c. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. diced ham
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press hash browns between two paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Press into bottom and up sides of an ungreased 9" pie plate, drizzle with butter.
Bake 425º for 25 minutes.
Combine ham, cheese, and green pepper spoon in crust. In a small bowl beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper pour over all in pie plate.
Reduce heat to 350º for 25-30 minutes allow 10 minutes to stand.
