1 jar dill pickle spears

vegetable oil

1-2 cups flour

1 egg, beaten

1 - 2 cups bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Pour oil in deep pan and heat until bubbles form around a wooden spoon handle when placed in the oil. Pat pickles dry after removing from the jar. Then dip in flour, then egg then bread crumbs. then place in oil until brown and crispy. Continue the same process wit the rest of the pickles. Let cool when removed from the oil. Serve with a dip of your choice.
