1 T. butter
1 T.olive oil
1.5 pounds green beans
2 T. pine nuts
Course ground salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat butter and oil over medium-low.

Add green beans; partially cover and cook, tossing occasionally, until green beans are tender and brown in spots. (About 30 minutes.)

Add pine nuts; cook until nuts are toasted. (About 5 minutes.)

Season with salt and pepper.
