3 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 Tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla
hershey bar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar. Sift the flour, salt and soda. Blend together the eggs, water, and vanilla. Combine the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Form cookies with one hershey bar in the middle. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Frost with butter frosting. Butter frosting: Melt 1 stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla. Stir in powder sugar until glazed. Add a little 1 tblsp-ish of whole milk or cream, 1/ and 1/2..
