Order a Chipotle Bowl with extra spicy beef or shredded pork. Add two scoops of corn salsa, two scoops of tomato salsa, beans, and cheese.

Place a layer of sour cream and then finely chopped lettuce in the bottom of a 9-10 inch round serving dish. Use a spatula to carefully scoop the contents of the Chipotle Bowl over the mixture. Serve with tortilla chips. Instant appetizer.
