3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/2 cups celery,chopped
3/4 cup slivered almonds
1 6-oz. can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 11-oz. can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine everything but the cheese and potato chips in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Combine the cheese and crushed potato chips, then sprinkle on top. Preheat oven to 325º for 35-45 minutes, or until lightly browned.
