1 box chopped broccoli
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 heaping tbsp. chopped onion
salt and pepper to taste
Ritz crackers crumbs
butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli about 5 minutes, drain well. Mix and add the rest of the ingredients and place in baking dish. Top with Ritz crackers crumbs after sauteing in butter. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
