1 1/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. M & Ms
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. Quaker Oats (quick or old fashioned)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat margarine, sugars, then add egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, spices, and add to margarine mixture. Stir in oats. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
