5 c. flour (all purpose)
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
5 tsp. yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in bowl. Heat milk, water, sugar and salt until warm. (Don't overheat) Add yeast and eggs. Pour into a "well" made in the flour, DO NOT STIR. Cover and let set 20-30 minutes. Pour melted (but not hot) margarine into flour and yeast mixture. Mix well. Add flour if too sticky; knead lightly in the bowl. Cover and let rise 20-30 minutes. Shape into rolls. Let rise 20-30 minutes. Shape into rolls. Let rise 20-30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
