3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder, sifted together

Then add:
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 3/4 c. whole cranberries (uncooked)

Sauce:
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup whipping cream (do not whip)

Directions:

Bake in 10 x 10 cake pan at 350º for about 30 minutes. Serve with warm sauce poured over individual slices.

Although this says "pudding dessert" it makes a beautiful white cake with the red cranberries. The warm butter sauce on top is to die for. I remember my mother making this when we were growing up at special occasions such as Christmas.
