1/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. ginger
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize chuck steak with meat tenderizer for one hour at room temperature. Marinade in above sauce for 3 hours, turning once. Best when grilled.
