2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
(or 2 large zucchini)
1 small container Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 small chopped onion
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli; drain water. Combine cream, soup & onion. Heat lightly. Put broccoli in casserole. Pour cream over, sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
