1 roll Pillsbury French Bread Dough (refrigerator tube type)
1 tablespoon oil
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1 cup sliced mushrooms and green onions, sautéed
1 teaspoon Italian spices
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Spray or rub oil on a cookie sheet. Unroll bread dough. Lightly brush with oil. Place layers of pepperoni, and sautéed vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Fold dough into thirds, bringing each end toward the center; place seam down. Sprinkle with Italian spices and salt (if desired) to garnish. Bake at 375º for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly and slice into 1 inch pieces.
