2- 14-3/4 oz cans salmon, bones removed
1 onion, chopped
30 saltines, crushed
3 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Spray skillet with non-stick spray or use a little olive oil. Combine all ingredients and mix. Instead of crackers or in combo with crackers, use oatmeal. Form into patties. Place into skillet; cook until lightly golden on each side.
