2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix together (I use a small whisk). Marinate for 20 minutes or so.

Good on chicken or beef. Best if cooked on grill, but can be done in the oven.
