3 cups thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 small)
1 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten

Heat oven to 350º. Grease oblong pan (13 X 9 X 2). Mix all ingredients. Spread in pan. Bake until golden brown about 25 min.
