1 (11-oz.) can white Shoe Peg corn, drained
3/4 cup (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese....not the grated stuff
2 - 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 Green onions, chopped

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Chill, covered for 1 hour or longer to allow flavors to blend. Serve with Scoops or other sturdy chips. You may need to adjust the amounts of all ingredients except the corn to suit your taste.
