2 c. diced potatoes 2 c. sour cream 1 c. boiling water parsley and bacon 1 sm. Onion 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper chicken bouillon cuge
Combine first 6 ingredients and cook together for 15 minutes until potatoes are soft. Put 1/2 to 2/3 of the this mixture into a blender to cream. Put blended potatoes with the remaining potatoes and add sour cream. Garnish with parsley and bacon.
