1 Cup flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2T. plus 1 1/2 tsp shortening
1/4 Cup plus 2 T milk
2 T melted shortening ( for dipping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Cut in shortening (not too fine) Add milk and stir till it forms a ball. Roll out dough on floured surface and cut into 6 round shapes. Dip each biscuit in melted shortening. Bake on cookie sheet for 15 min. at 450
