Ingredients:  
1 large mango
1 Lebanese cucumber
1 teaspoon grated ginger
c. Lime Juice
1 level Tablespoon sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cube mango, slice cucumber very thinly.
Stir lime juice and sugar until completely dissolved
Add to mango and cucumber.
Add grated ginger.
Can be made up to a day ahead of time required.
