4 tbsp dark mustard
1 tsp powdered mustard
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 tbsp dill chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 2 mustards, sugar, vinegar in cuisinart to form a paste. Then add oil slowly till it forms a thick emulsion (consistency of mayonnaise). Then add dill. Refrigerate.

Serve with gralox or fresh salmon. This makes enough sauce for 3.5 pounds salmon - double or triple for more.
