BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET

Beef Brisket, salt and pepper, onion slices, liquid smoke.

Barbecue Sauce
2 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce ½ tsp. Tabasco
1 small bottle ketchup salt and pepper
¼ c. worcestershire sauce 1 large onion, chopped
juice of 1 lemon or real lemon ½ c. margarine
garlic powder 1 small bottle 7-up
2 Tbsp. Liquid smoke 1 Tbsp. Mustard
Mix and Simmer until quite thick.

Cook 12 hrs. at 250.
Water in bottom of pan - ½ to 1 cup.
Cook slow all day - 250
Shred. Add barbecue sauce.
