RHONDAS CHICKEN

Ingredients:
8 Chicken breasts boned and skinned
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups bread crumbs
pound fresh mushroom
Munster cheese and mozzarella
1 cup chicken bouillon

Directions:
Directions:

Bone and skin breats. Dip in eggs and crumbs. Brown lightly in buttered skillet. Place in bake dish and top with sliced mushrooms and cheeses. Pour broth over and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
