6 oz. package raspberry jello
1 large can crushed pineapple in juice (not water)
2 cups pomegranate seeds
2 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello in boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add 3/4 cup ice cold water, stir. Add crushed pineapple (with juice) and pomegranate seeds, mix well. Put in 3qt. glass mold or dish. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate. Before serving top with whipped cream and extra pomegranate seeds.
