1 onion
4 tomatoes
1 head lettuce
4 oz. Cheddar cheese
8 oz. (less) French or Thousand Island dressing
Hot sauce (Tabasco)
$.49 pkg. Doritos, plain or taco
1 avocado
1 lb. ground beef
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 1 onion, 4 tomatoes, 1 head lettuce. Toss with 4 ounces Cheddar cheese, 8 ounces French or Thousand Island dressing. Add hot sauce to taste. Crunch package of Doritos. Slice and add 1 avocado. Brown 1 pound ground beef. Add 1 can kidney beans and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix into cold salad.
