1 1/4 C. Shortening
2 C White sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Molasses
4 tsp soda
4 Cups flour
2 tsp each of cinnamon, cloves and ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Combine shortening and sugar. Add eggs and Molasses and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form in to 1" balls, roll in sugar and place on cookie sheet. Press down with the bottom of a flat glass. Bake for 10 minutes.
