Whole round of Brie, optional toppings: almonds, currants, chutney, strawberry jam.

Directions:
Directions:
Thinly slice the rind off the top of the Brie. Cover the top with sliced almonds which have been sautéed in butter, plumped currants, finely chopped chutney or other toppings. Bake at 350º for about 5-8 minutes until meltingly soft.

Serve with thinly slice French bread, crackers. Garnish with slices of kiwi and a little bunch of grapes.
