1c White Sugar

1t Baking Soda
1t Baking Powder
1/2t Salt
2c Quick Oatmeal
2c Flour
1pkg Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Mix together and roll into small balls. Dip balls into milk and sugar. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
