Fruit Pizza Recipe

Crust:
½ c powdered sugar
¾ c soft margarine/butter
1 ½ c flour
Mix together and pat in pan. Bake at 300 for 10-15 minutes. Let cool

Mix:
1 – 8oz. pkg cream cheese
½ c sugar
1 t vanilla
Spread on cooled crust.

Arrange fresh fruit on cream cheese mixture. Suggested fruits: strawberries, kiwi, bananas, oranges, blueberries, pineapple, peaches, raspberries, etc.

In saucepan mix:
2 ½ T cornstarch
1 c fruit juice (pineapple or orange)
¾ c sugar
1 t lemon juice
Heat to a boil and cook until slightly thickened. Cool and pour over pizza.

Refrigerate pizza until ready to serve.

You may also substitute sugar cookie dough for the crust.
