1 cup quick grits 4 cups boiling water 1 tsp. salt 1 stick butter 2 eggs milk 1/2-1 whole Kraft garlic cheese in a roll Cornflake crumbs
Stir grits into boiling water, return to boiling and reduce heat. Cook 2 1/2-5 minutes. Stir as needed. Add butter. Break eggs into a cup and add enough milk to make 3/4 cup. Mix well into grits. Add garlic cheese, let melt. Cover with cornflake crumbs. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350º.
