1 15 oz. can black beans, drained
1 15 oz. can black eyed peas, drained
1 15 oz. can white corn, drained (or frozen corn)
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
1 4 oz. can diced green chiles
1 medium red onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 avocados, peeled & diced
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 small bunch cilantro, chopped
1 c. Italian salad dressing

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients together except avocados; mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Add diced avocados just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips.
