graham crackers or saltines
2 sticks butter
1 c brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
chopped pecans or coconut-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil
Cover with graham crackers or saltine crackers
In a medium saucepan, melt 2 sticks of butter, then add 1 cup of brown sugar
Stir continuously until sugar is dissolved

Pour over the crackers
Bake at 350º for 13-15 minutes or until bubbly

Sprinkle top with 12 oz. of chocolate chips
When softened, spread chocolate across the top
May top with chopped pecans or coconut

Refrigerate to cool
Break into bite size pieces
