1 pkg frozen spinach
3 - 5 oz.cream cheese, softened
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach in microwave.
Remove as much moisture as possible.
Stir softened cream cheese into spinach.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, adding more if desired
salt and pepper to taste

Place in pie dish, sprayed with Pam

Cook in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes or microwave for 4 minutes on high
