2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
2 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. uncooked quick oats
1 pkg Butterscotch chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease 9x13 pan.
Combine dry ingred. and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl,combine butter,sugar and eggs.
Beat until creamy.
Gradually blend in flour mixture, oats,and 1 1/2 cups chips.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle with remaining chips.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 min or until golden brown. Cool, cut into bars.
