Water 1 cup
Oil 2 Tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
All purpose flour 3 cups, plus a little more
Yeast 2 1//4 tsp(I use 1 Tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
Use Dough cycle 1 ½ lb (use 1/3 more to make 2 lb)

Add ingred in order as above.
Remove dough, punch down.
Divide in half, spread out onto pizza pan or stone
Prebake for 10-12 minutes at 400º F, until edges of crust turn light golden brown
Add desired toppings and bake at 400 for 15 minutes
Makes 1 large pizza stone and one rectangle stone slightly smaller –we like thin crust
Spread it out with pampered chef roller after stretching it out with my hands

The bread machine makes the pizza dough effortlessly - and it tastes so good! Especially good topped with sliced Roma tomatoes, fresh basil or pesto, onions and mushrooms!
