16 oz Cottage Cheese
4 c Penne Pasta, cooked and drained
2 c Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced
1 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 c Milk
1 can Cream of Chicken
1 Tomato, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Place cottage cheese in food processor and process until very smooth. Combine the cottage cheese with the pasta, chicken, 3/4 c cheddar cheese, 1/4 c Parmesan cheese, milk and soup in a large bowl. Put mixture into a greased 2 qt baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 25 minutes at 425, or until lightly browned and bubbly. Top with diced tomatoes and serve with toasted bread.
