1 pkg dry yeast (or 1 Tbsp dry yeast in a bag from Sam’s Comes 2 bags-I keep one in the freezer and I in the frig –lasts forever
1 cup warm water (105 -115)
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp veg oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water

Add all dry ingred to food processor, pulse to mix.
Add yeast to water and oil.
Pour in as you process.
Process until dough forms a ball.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Roll out dough and bake in 425º oven until light golden brown
Makes 2-10” pizzas
