3-6 lbs. pork tenderloin
1/2 bottle of cooking sherry
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
1 tbsp. sweet basil
salt and pepper to taste
Gravy:
1/4-1/2 cup flour
water
juice from pork tenderloin

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Put pork tenderloin in roaster fat down. Pour your sherry then sprinkle herbs and seasoning. Let cook for at least 3-4 hours.
Gravy: Blend the flour and water. Remove tenderloin and bring juices to a boil. Pour in the flour and water mixture and whisk. Add more water as needed.
