2 lb. ground beef
1 can tomatoes
2 T. onion
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Bell Peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and shape into a loaf. Save out part of tomato juice and pour over top of loaf. I assume you would bake this at 350ºF for about an hour or so.

Mom made the BEST meatloaf and even though I use this recipe, I can't make a decent meatloaf! This was written by Mom in pencil on a recipe card and I think it was submitted as part of one of my wedding showers in 1960.
