1 pkg. slaw mix (or head of cabbage, sliced)
6 green onions
1/2 chopped green pepper
1 C. toasted almonds, sliced
1 pkg. Ramen noodles (beef or chicken), crumbled

Dressing:
1&1/3 C. vinegar (red wine vinegar)
1/2 C. olive oil
1/2 C. sugar
flavor packet from noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing and let set several hours or overnight. Toast sliced almonds and crumbled Ramen noodles until light brown and crispy. Mix dressing and almond-noodle mixture with slaw, onions and pepper right before serving.
