3/4 c. sugar
3 T water
1 egg white , lightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. pecan halves
1 1/2 c. whole unblanched almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combined the first 5 ingredients, mix well. Add nuts and stir until coated. spread evenly in a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 250 for 45 min. or until golden brown, stirring every 15 min. Spread on a wax paper lined baking sheet to cool. Store in an airtight container.
