Ingredients:  
1 lb. hamburger- browned and drained if fairly fat
4 to 5(or more) celery sticks-chopped
2 medium onion-chopped
2 cans chili beans
8 beef bouillon cubes
1- 48 oz. can tomato juice
about 3/4 head of cabbage(6")-cut up fairly fine
small amount of chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1 can water
red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger. Put in large soup pan. Add rest of ingredients;bring to a boil and simmer until all vegetables are cooked tender. Add final salt and pepper.
