Cook until tender:
2 Tbsp. butter
4 potatoes - diced
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper

Add:
2 cups water
1 can or 12 oz frozen corn
2 cups diced ham (or not!)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
Mix together:
3 Tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
Add to mix
Heat thoroughly, serve
