1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. coconut
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat all ingredients. Pour into 10" ungreased pie pan. Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
