1/2 can Artichoke Hearts
1 T. Cider Vinegar
2 heaping T. Mayonnaise
1 heaping T. Capers
1 medium clove Garlic, minced

Directions:
Directions:
Blend in the blender.
Chill before serving.

Alternate approach:
Use 6 oz. jar of marinated hearts and omit the vinegar.
