2 - 12 oz. bags oyster crackers (I prefer the smaller size) 1 c. vegetable oil or olive oil 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix 1 tsp. lemon pepper 1-1/2 tsp. dill weed 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder (optional)
In small mixing bowl combine oil, and all seasonings, mix well. Pour crackers into large mixing bowl. Pour oil mixture over crackers and mix well so all crackers are covered. Bake 1 hour at 200º, stir every 15 minutes.
