1 cup mashed bananas, 2 cups flour, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp fresh lemon juice, 1 cup chopped pecans.

Heat oven to 350º. grease loaf pan. Sift together flour baking powder, baking soda, salt. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, lemon juice and bananas to sugar mixture and beat well. Stir in pecans. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture and stir just enough to combine ingredients. Bake 50 to 50 minutes. Cool on rack about 10 minutes
