1 lb. sausage
8 slices bread, crust removed
8-oz. shredded cheese
1/4 lb. butter, melted
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 cups of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet and drain. Grease 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Evenly place bread on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle cheese on bread. Pour butter over cheese. Add sausage over top. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and milk together and pour over sausage. cover and refrigerate overnight. Set dish out 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until casserole is set and doesn't 'jiggle'.
