1 Package Yellow Cake Mix (2-layer Size)
1 large or 2 small Boxes Vanilla Instant Pudding
4 Eggs
2/3 Cup Sour Cream
2/3 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 Cup Chopped Pecans
Powdered Sugar

Heat the Oven to 350º

Spray a LARGE Bundt Pan with cooking spray.

Beat the first 6 ingredients with a mixer 3 minutes or until well blended.

Add the brown sugar and nuts, mix well by hand.

Pour into prepared Bundt Pan.

Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cook Cake in pan 15 minutes. Loosen cake from sides, invert onto a wire cooling rack, and remove pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.

This is one terrific cake! It is a very dense, moist cake, and is great with CHOCOLATE CHIPS added too. It also works with a glaze...chocolate, lemon, or rum. It has become one of our family favorites!
