3 -4 Sweet Potatoes

Olive Oil

Ground Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut potatoes into wedges - at least 10 per potato. Place in a baking dish and bake for drizzle with olive oil and black pepper. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning at least once. Remove from oven. Goes great with burgers on the grill.
